RTS, the state of the art automatic test system is a cost effective armature
testing solution. Intuitive software to guide the operator, Graphical failed
segment indication through unique segment matching algorithm for quick physical
identification of faulty segment. Custom designed test fixtures for faster
testing and minimal operator fatigue. ATS now comes with special weld resistance
test to check for poor quality joints in hot stacked/welded/brazed connections.
Pneumatic test fixtures made for a German Power tool
manufacturer for testing 36 segment armature. It can accommodate armatures with
same no. of commutator bars with difference in commuatator dia ± 5 m.m and core
dia ± 10 m.m .from nominal dimensions.For larger armatures like traction
armatures, automatic indexing table with optical sensing is supplied. |
