 This meter is designed for Tan Delta measurement of Petroleum Jelly
using. SIVA Three terminal test cell heating chamber. It gives Dielectric
constant and Tan D (in percentage) directly on digital meter. The stress voltage
at which the measurements are to be made can be made and set as desired. Power
source is continuously variable upto 600 VAC which gives a maximum stress
voltage of 300V/mm in SIVA Three terminal test cell.
he instrument has advantage over the customary
bridges, as no tuning is necessary prior to every single reading.
This results in higher testing speed and even semiskilled operators can use the
equipment easily.
